Where Do We Ship To? We will ship your order anywhere throughout the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico. - How Do We Ship? All Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Tracking information will always be available for shipped orders. If you need a tracking number for your order, please contact us.
- How Long Until My Order Ships? All Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
- What Happens If My Package Arrives Damaged? In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP. Simply take digital photos of the damaged package/goods as soon as it arrives, contact us so we are aware of the damaged item, and forward us the images of the damaged package and goods. Once it is determined that the item is damaged, we will immediately ship a new package/order to you free of charge.

All the instructions you will need to properly and safely package and return your order are included with the package you received. Please include your Order/Invoice number and/or Packing Slip with your return for Full credit. All returns can be sent to: TopDawg Return Center, 1776 N. Pine Island Rd. #118, Plantation, FL 33322. A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returned products. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
